A Man and his Cat

He loves this cat, and I love them both. I love this photo, we also did our self portraits today, so I'll be getting some of those up tomorrow. The one we wind up liking the best, we are going to have it made into a large canvas for our living room. I'm really excited about that.

Six Red Berries

Six red berries growing in our yard. Well, actually, there are TONS of these red berries growing ALL over the yard. They are the only Christmas decorations I have.

This is a small flower that I saw blooming in the back yard. It's December 24, Christmas eve, and still there are all kinds of things blooming in the yard. Pretty amazing.

Weather

It's December 20, and it's almost 70 degrees, much cooler than yesterday, which was almost 80 degrees. Everyone keeps telling me that there *IS* a winter here, but at this point I'm ready to believe they are all flat out lying. I looked at the Weather Bug this morning, it was 67 here, 37 in Maryland, and 24 (!!!!!!) on Lawn Guyland. EEEEP!!

Living Room

Here is Neal relaxing on the sheepskin throw in our living room. This is a very comfortable and relaxing place to sit, I often read here. After i broke my ankle in April, I spent quite a bit of time in this chair.

Neal in the Park

Mid December in South Carolina. Well, what can i say, i think i wore a light jacket three times so far. People here keep telling me there is a winter, it happens on Christmas Day, but we are getting pretty close, and I'm not feeling it at all. I believe they may all be telling me a little white lie.
