This was taken Friday Night at Pig on the Ridge Festival. There was probably half a mile of booths set up, lots of them cooking the pigs. The people who entered the pig cooking contest cooked pig all Friday night, they started serving it at ten a.m. Saturday morning, we tried about half a dozen, although after four, I was all pigged out. I kept apologizing to the pigs for eating them.
