Pig on the Ridge Festival

This was taken Friday Night at Pig on the Ridge Festival. There was probably half a mile of booths set up, lots of them cooking the pigs. The people who entered the pig cooking contest cooked pig all Friday night, they started serving it at ten a.m. Saturday morning, we tried about half a dozen, although after four, I was all pigged out. I kept apologizing to the pigs for eating them.

Setting up for the Pig on the Ridge Festival. We had great weather for the festival, warm during the day, chilly at night and early morning. Friday night was really cute with all the kids dressed in their Trick or Treat costumes!!

Pig On The Ridge

October 31 and November first we attended the Pig on the Ridge Event in Ridgeway, SC. Once again we set up the portable studio, our space was set up a little differently this time, deep instead of wide this time. I think i actually prefer it this way, Neal's unsure. It seemed to me like there was more room, and also people could see better what was going on inside the booth.

Two Dead Chairs and a Dead Boat

This was taken at Whitehaven, Maryland on my birthday earlier this year. I don't know who killed the chairs, but i believe weather killed the boat.The chairs have a chance to be reincarnated, i don't think the boat does. It's a beat boat.

Benjamin

This is sweet little Benjamin. Benjamin can do 'The Wave', he sits up on his legs and waves his arms in the air. Neal's goal is to teach Benjamin to do this one hand at a time, and he actually did it a few times!! ( MUCH to my amazement!!!) Neal has a lot of patience with the kitties, until they do something gross, as cats are want to do.

Band @ Rooftop Rhythms

There were two bands playing at the event, VERY loud. Plus a radio station was broadcasting right next to us. It was all pretty exciting!

Rooftop Rhythms

Here is the set up at the Rooftop Rhythms event. We practiced setting it up four times, so we were pretty fast!! John arrived at our house at one, and we were at the Rooftop by one forty five! But....we got there before anyone else and had no idea where to set up! we called the event and she drove to where we were and helped us pick out a nice spot. We have HEAVY electricity needs : ))

Here's Neal talking to John, who will be helping us with the Rooftop Rhythms festival this Thursday. We had two dry runs so far so that when we do it on Thursday, we will be ready!! I am SO excited!!!!!

The Traveling Studio

This is our traveling studio, here we are setting it up to check everything out. This Thursday we are heading over to "Rooftop Rhythms" festival. We will be doing a super duper promotional special there for the event. I am SOOO excited about this!!!! We will be getting a lot of people seeing what we are doing and what we have to offer!!!
